Beyond Visionz partnered with the in-house team of SSP to develop and refine digital features that integrated seamlessly with existing IT systems.

This included enhancing the structure and design of application units, optimizing coding processes and visual asset management, and ensuring every solution aligned with both technical and brand standards, such as maintaining consistent design quality across platforms.

Through continuous testing and performance reviews, Beyond Visionz identified opportunities to improve usability, drive upselling, and increase overall operational efficiency.

The project supported a portfolio of café and restaurant brands focused on modernizing their digital ecosystem, streamlining operations, and leveraging technology to create smarter, more engaging customer experiences by driving upselling opportunities.

Outcome

The project delivered high-performing, visually consistent digital solutions that enhanced the customer experience and strengthened operational efficiency across multiple café and restaurant brands in the Nordic region. By integrating innovative technologies with robust system management, SSP achieved improved platform stability, faster update cycles, and measurable growth in customer engagement and upselling performance.

These efforts strengthened the digital presence of various venues, creating new upselling opportunities through continuous optimization and data-driven enhancements. Notably, OSL Trattoria Tavolare International in Norway achieved 33.5% in digital sales and a +33.4% month-on-month growth, ranking among the top five digital units by sales across the region.
